Our goal is to responsibly deliver effective and efficient solutions for the continued benefit of our customers and communities.
In delivering our goal, we are supported by our five key principles; to continually be:
- Putting People First;
- PACED [Proportionate, Agile, Comprehensive, Embedded & Dynamic];
- Assuring & Improving; and
- Delivering Responsibly.
In line with our overarching goal and fifth organisational principle (Delivering Responsibly), the AXIAH Responsible Delivery Code outlines the values and behaviours expected to be followed by all personnel to ensure we maintain the highest levels of professional standards.

The toilet at our office is ‘toilet twinned’ with a latrine in Afghanistan via https://www.toilettwinning.org/ to provide clean water and sanitisation to communities in need.
Our donation will enable their partners to work with local communities to build lifechanging latrines with a strong focus on teaching communities about good hygiene, including handwashing, to stop the spread of infection.
If you would also like to twin your toilet or tap, visit https://www.toilettwinning.org/twin-today/.
